The decibel levels depend on the Sprayer model chosen. We have tested a SC-ET, SC-EB and XT-3 from 6ft away; they were 58dB. Sound from the Nozzle 6ft away is 54dB. The highest we got was 61db (on the XT-3) and the lowest was 54dB on the SC-ET and SC-EB. That is not much louder than a conversation or a fridge.
